A big hurdle in the early days of Zillow Offers was scheduling home evaluations, which a Zillow Advisor needed to do over the phone each time. I worked with the Zillow Advisor team to understand the pain points and free up their time to help with other parts of the home selling process. With research and user testing I was able to create a scheduling app to better assist both the sellers and the Zillow team through this bottleneck in the Zillow Offers process, putting more control in to the users hands.
