Building the Brand at Pacaso

I joined Pacaso in the summer of 2021 as one of the first 100 employees at the record-breaking startup. As the lead (and sole) marketing designer, I was responsible for a wide range of creative initiatives, including designing brochures, sales collateral, and signage, as well as leading all of our national advertising campaigns. In addition, I created engaging social content and built high-impact investor decks for the C-Suite team.

At Pacaso, we operated at an intense pace to keep up with the rapid growth of the company, which became the fastest startup to achieve “unicorn status”. I worked across multiple channels to build brand loyalty, awareness, and consistency, ensuring that the brand made a strong impression both internally and in the market. My role was pivotal in shaping the company's visual identity during its crucial early stages.
